I had a mixed experience at Innside By Melia Madrid Gran Via. The hotel is in a fantastic location near Gran Via, making it easy to explore the city. However, I found the beds quite uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel met basic needs, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort and amenities.

My stay at Innside By Melia Madrid Gran Via was quite a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right in the center of Gran Via, making it easy to explore the city. However, the room I had was lacking in basic amenities like coffee and good toiletries, which was disappointing. While the staff was generally friendly, they weren't always very helpful with requests, which detracted from the overall experience.
